How do I change my marketing/contact preferences?

We are sorry to hear you aren't enjoying some of our content, we send out the latest deals, products and industry information via email, text and post, so we'll be sad to see you go.

You can change your preferences by completing the following steps...

• Log into your Cooksongold account.

• Click the 'Your Account' icon at the top of the Cooksongold website.

• You'll then see a 'Contact Preferences' option, click on this.

• Deselect or select the methods of communication you would like to change

• Finally select 'update'.
