How do I check my order status?
To check your order status you'll need to complete the following steps...
Please log into your Cooksongold account or click the 'Your Account' icon on the Cooksongold website.
You'll then find an 'Order History' icon whereby you can check the status of your previous orders.
Please ensure that the item you are missing is not still being delivered or hasn't been dispatched yet.
