Can I return a gift voucher?

Depending on who bought the gift voucher will change how your return will work:

Did you buy the gift voucher?

If you change your mind and get in touch with us within 15 minutes of the order being raised, we can cancel your order. 

However, if you have already received the voucher, please get in touch with a member of our contact centre on 0345 100 1122 or if you are calling from outside the UK simply call +44 121 200 2120, to get the order returned

Received the voucher as a gift?

You'll need to ask the person who purchased the gift voucher for you to get in touch with our Customer Care team to ask about returning a gift voucher.
