Can I return a special or manufactured order?

We regret to advise that some of our special order items will not be accepted for return. This includes:

• Products made to order including all manufactured lines.

• Products have been specially brought in.

• Bespoke cut precious metals products including sheet, wire, tube, loose chain etc

• Grain

• Piercing related products (such as ear posts, earrings or hook wires)

• PPE equipment (such as masks or gloves)

• Customisation including personalised jewellery, bespoke laser cutting and precious metal casting
