How do I get my refund?

Waiting for your refund? Don't worry, you'll receive this back to you in no time. Once we have received your returned item, it will take us 7 days to process your refund.

Refunds are submitted back to the original payment method. If your order was paid in-store or by bank transfer, please contact our customer service team and they will be able to assist you with this.

If being refunded back to a card or Paypal, we ask once the refund has been confirmed to allow 3-4 working days, for your bank or PayPal to clear the funds and place them back into your account.
