I'm going to collect my order from store, what do I need to bring with me?

When collecting your items from either our London Hatton Garden or Birmingham Jewellery Quarter store, depending on your method of payment and order type, you'll need to bring the following:

• Debit/Credit Card Payment- Bring the payment method you intend on using to purchase your items.

• Order reference- Please bring in an order reference, this can be found in the email you received after you placed your order
