I've received a faulty item, what do I do?
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item, we'll try to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
To get a new item, please return the item to us as soon as possible, You'll need to go through our returns process, ensuring that in the 'Return Reason' section, you select 'Faulty, warranty', 'Faulty, out of warranty' or 'Arrived damaged' depending on the type of fault on the item.
