My card isn't being accepted at checkout, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with payment.

There could be a number of reasons your card isn't being accepted by our online checkout system, here are some things you can try...

  • We unfortunately don’t accept American Express so please try an alternative card or method of payment.

  • Please check that the card details you have entered match the details on your card, this included the correct card number, security code and name on the card.

If you’re still having issues please call a helpful member of our contact centre, to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
