What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
We are really sorry about your missing item, we'll do our best to get this resolved for you.
We recommend you check your order status before contacting us to make sure your order isn't currently out for delivery.
If this isn't the case, you can call a member of our helpful contact centre within 30 days of receiving the order to ensure the issue is dealt with.
