When will I get my refund?

We are aware that you'll want to get your money back as soon as possible, so once we have received your returned item, it will take us 7 days to process.

If being refunded back to a card or Paypal, we ask once the refund has been confirmed to allow 3-4 working days, for your bank or PayPal to clear the funds and place them back into your account.
