Why isn't my discount code working?
We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with your discount codes, we'll try to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
There are a number of reasons why your discount code may not be working
There are product exclusions on the discount- some or all of the products in your basket may be excluded from the discount. To find out what is excluded please read the discount exclusions.
If you are using more than one percentage discount at once- depending on the type of codes you are using in conjunction with one another, will depending if your discounts work, two usually do not work together.
If you are a rated customer, your discount may not work because you are already receiving a discounted rate, however, this may be subject to the products you are purchasing.
You have used the discount before- if you are trying to use a seasonal discount more than once it may not work.
You have a student account- We are unable to combine offers. When multiple offers are available for a product, you will receive the greater of the offers.
Your student discount may have expired. The duration of the discount would be shown in the confirmation email that was sent when the offer was set up on your account. You are welcome to reapply if you are still studying on a course.
